Because Vénus jewelry is crafted with genuine sterling silver, 14K gold, and 18K gold components, eligible metal parts may be recycled based on the current precious metal market value.

After assessment, the approved trade-in value will be issued to you as an e-voucher, which can be used toward future purchases at Vénus.

This allows your jewelry to continue evolving with you — rather than being forgotten, wasted, or discarded.

How It Works

1. Submit a Value Trade-In Form

Before sending any jewelry to us, please complete the Value Trade-In Form.

Only items originally purchased from Vénus are eligible for this program.

2. Wait for Email Confirmation

Our team will review your request and contact you by email within 1–3 business days.

Please do not send your jewelry before receiving confirmation from us.

3. Send Your Jewelry to Us

Once your request has been approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when sending trade-in items to Vénus. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

4. Assessment & Metal Separation

After receiving your jewelry, our team will carefully clean and assess the piece.

Where possible, we will separate the precious metal components, such as sterling silver, 14K gold, or 18K gold parts.

5. Weighing & Valuation

The eligible precious metal components will be weighed and valued based on the current international gold or silver market price on the assessment date.

For transparency, photos or videos of the weighing process may be sent to your email.

6. Receive Your E-Voucher

Once the assessment is complete, the confirmed trade-in value will be issued as a Vénus e-voucher and sent to your email.

Your e-voucher has no expiry date and may be used toward future purchases at Vénus.

• Only jewelry originally purchased from Vénus is eligible.
• Trade-in value is based on recoverable precious metal components only.
• Pearls, stones, glue, plating, non-metal parts, and decorative materials may not hold recycling value.
• The final value depends on metal weight, metal purity, condition, and current precious metal market prices.
• Due to market fluctuations, trade-in value may vary from day to day.
• The maximum trade-in value will not exceed 50% of the original purchase price of the item.
• Trade-in value will be issued as an e-voucher only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items for assessment.
