Every Vénus piece is crafted from premium sterling silver, 18K gold vermeil, solid 14K gold, natural pearls and lab-grown gemstones. All items come with a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty valid from delivery date.

This warranty covers confirmed factory defects in craftsmanship and raw material faults under normal everyday wear, including faulty clasps, loose stone settings and broken soldering joints. We will arrange repair, replacement or store credit for eligible manufacturing issues based on stock availability.Items below are not covered under warranty:

• Natural wear, scratches, dents and surface abrasion from daily use
• Silver tarnish & gradual fading of gold vermeil plating (caused by skin PH, sweat, cosmetics and environment)
• Damage from perfume, lotion, chemicals, hot water, showering or swimming
• Breakage from accidental pulling, dropping, external impact and improper storage
• Lost stones, lost components or missing jewellery pieces
• Damage after unofficial third-party modification or repair
• Customised, engraved and made-to-order items (final sale unless proven production defect)

We do not provide refunds for change of mind. Unworn intact items with full original packaging & purchase receipt can apply for exchange or store credit within 7 days after delivery confirmation, subject to stock availability.

Custom, engraved items, earrings, sale goods & gift cards are final sale with no return. Submit return application via our form and wait for our email approval before sending back; customers cover all return shipping fees. Approved returns will be credited as non-refundable, non-transferable store credit only.
